NOTES ON USE

  • Please observe proper silence so as not to destruct others and burn fire should be put out after 22:00.
  • Smoking is allowed outside of the place of your designated area.Please be sure that your cigarettes' fire is properly put out and put them in the trash box.
  • If you over drunk, please ensure that you clean up your own messes, like vomiting and any other forms of "calls of nature" to adhere to the strict compliance of clean and safe surroundings of the camp site.
  • If you damaged any of the camp site properties whether intentionally or not, full payment for the repair expenses must be borne by you.
  • Please do not use your vehicle/s from 21:00 till 7:00 in the morning.
  • Please ensure to use the bonfire table when you burn the firewood. Burning directly on the ground is strictly prohibited.
  • Firework activities are strictly not allowed in the camp premises as well.
  • Using speakers for music or karaoke is not allowed.
  • If complaints will arise because of too much noise that bothers other customers, you will be requested to check out immediately of the camp site.
  • Please return properly all the rented materials after your cleaning up.
  • All pets should be properly on leash and clean all the matters that has something to do with your "pets".
  • Check - Out time is at 10:00 a.m. Everyday.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss or vehicles' problem!
  • cancellation fee will be charged 100% price if you cancel within 3 days before the day you reserve.

It takes 10min from high way exit called Kawaguchiko by car

Public transportation

Take bus for Kofu → Get off at bus stop called Kawaguchi-kyoku-mae( infant of post office) → It takes 15 min on foot

Get off Chuo high way Kawaguchiko exit, go direction for Kawaguchiko. Turn right at intersection at Higashi koiji. Go straight and across the Kawaguchiko oohashi bridge. Go direction for Kawaguchi Asama shrine. Go up the path aside the shrine, it takes 10 min on foot.

Q. Can I check in early?
A. Only tent sites are available. Available from 12:00 for 1,000 yen per hour.
Q. How much does it cost to take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station to Mahoroba?
A. It costs approximately 3000 yen.
Q. By what time should I check in?
A. Please contact us in advance if you will arrive after 17:00. We will respond individually.
